My laptop screen was cracked and nonfunctional. I dropped it off on a Friday and Samy had it ready early Tuesday! Great and quick service. What a great experience I had with Samy at Absolutely PC! I have a tEMPf device that needed new batteries soldered into the board and had tried several places before coming here. Everywhere else was stumped, but Samy asked a few questions and gave me a very reasonable quote for the work. It was done and ready to pick up in less than a week. I couldn't be happier; the device is working perfectly and he even threw in an extra set of batteries in case we need to do this again. I had the best experience here. I had my laptop screen cracked and Sammy fixed it for me at a pretty good price and in a short amount of time. This place bailed me out in a tight spot. Sammy is a cool dude with a good sense of humor. Also he seems really knowledgeable. I've dealt with my share of IT support administering law firms, and he by far seems the quickest when it comes to diagnosing the issue and repairing it. Before you spend way too much $$ at the Apple store, go see Samy—personable, funny, smart guy who really knows what he's doing when it comes to repairs and gives great advice about maintaining the longevity of your devices. I dropped off my 2017 Macbook Pro (which I rely on for work) on a Saturday. He immediately started diagnosing the issue in the store and quoted me a fair price (which he stuck to). He texted me that afternoon with further updates and asked for my approval to order a new battery, which I needed. By that Tuesday afternoon, the computer was ready to go. When I went to pick it up, Samy had not only replaced the battery, but cleaned the entire computer (inside and out) and replaced a few scratched-up keys so my keyboard looked like new!
